- MMMariaJul 11, 20251.0My dad has an account here... Not sure why. The only reason we had to switch is because of a direct deposit that only goes to this unfortunate bank... Every month, we go through the same issue. Every month, they never answer the phone. Every month they assume my 80 year old dad knows how to use their app and send him on his way with a password that's supposed to be a pin... Customer service is as bad as the bank customer service ... This has been ongoing and an absolute disgrace. No wonder you guys have less than 1.9 stars.. if you're thinking about opening an account here absolutely do not. They are more useless than optimum customer service and the worst customer service you've ever experienced in your life...
