    Great experience! Everyone at this Citibank Stamford branch was friendly and professional. Branch Manager Danny Ruiz went above and beyond to assist me today — very patient, clear, and genuinely kind. Truly appreciate his help and the excellent service. Highly recommend this branch!

    My dad has an account here... Not sure why. The only reason we had to switch is because of a direct deposit that only goes to this unfortunate bank... Every month, we go through the same issue. Every month, they never answer the phone. Every month they assume my 80 year old dad knows how to use their app and send him on his way with a password that's supposed to be a pin... Customer service is as bad as the bank customer service ... This has been ongoing and an absolute disgrace. No wonder you guys have less than 1.9 stars.. if you're thinking about opening an account here absolutely do not. They are more useless than optimum customer service and the worst customer service you've ever experienced in your life...

    If I could give 0 stars I would. The bank teller Sophie is extremely rude....unless you are one of her "favorites". The past few visits i have had the Displeasure of having her as my bank teller for my check deposits. She barely greets me, and once she finishes my deposit she looks up gives me a dirty look and asks "is anything else?" When I politely thank her for her help all I get is an "Mhmmmm" interesting however that she greets the very next customer behind me like it's her best friend as I'm walking out the door. She has also told me in the past when i have requested singles in the past for my business that she could only gibe me $100 in singles when i had originally asked for $300. I never knew a bank could run out of money but apparently she does what she wants and treats certain customers however she wants. Very seriously considering pulling my money out of this bank and going back to Chase.
