- ESElena SandersonJul 3, 20251.0They don’t know how to count which is especially concerning because this is a BANK??? Been shorted money at least 3-4 separate times when placing change orders. When you confront them about it, they refuse to take any accountability and then days later call back saying they found the money. Never an apology. Embarrassing.

You’d think in only customer service, but I run a business and do deposits, withdrawals, change orders and they are incorrect almost every time as of late. I’m not quite understanding how a bank “looses” money that i’m bringing in to swap for change, or vise versa. As a large business we are considering taking our business elsewhere. I called to tell them they shorted me to which their response was gaslighting me into saying the person who dropped it took the money. It’s 5 dollars…. Majority of these employees need to be retrained in counting.

I am simply writing a review because I have been with Webster Bank for almost 15 years and this bank has not help me once to get a loan for a house . The bank that help me become a home owner is MT Bank . I currently came to Webster Bank recently for a loan so that I can consolidate my bills and this Webster bank or Webster bank company keeps turning me down ! I'm so upset to know that this bank is not willing to help me ! If you want help your credit needs to be 700 or more . They will not help you if you have a credit at 650-680 . Don't even think about coming to them . This bank is not for people who is trying to do better . I feel they won't help you in any shape or form . Please start helping people more who show they are trying not by credit score numbers . Please help the community to do better because everyone will have a need of help at some point of there life . Majority of people is not born rich or have the perfect score !
