When we attempted to close our account and transfer funds, they unjustifiably rejected the request and blocked our account without providing any logical explanation. Be cautious with your money – this bank is extremely untrustworthy.

I was told that the manager was too busy to deal with me after I was asked if I wanted to speak to a manager about my debit card being compromised for the third time. Still waiting for him to call me back.
