My paycheck is drawn from Webster and every week I go through the drive up teller at several other locations to cash my check with no issues so when I have my check to the teller at this branch I didn’t think that there would be a problem. When she looked at me she asked if I was an account holder and I clearly wasn’t as I provided two forms of identification. When I told her no, she told me that I needed to come inside to cash the check. I said that was odd because every other bank services me through the drive up, and she proceeded to tell me that because of fraud I needed to come inside. I asked for my check and left. I proceeded to go to one of the regular branches that have serviced me and asked the teller if this was a thing and he said no, unless the check was a large amount which my check is not that large. Not cool!
