  Was there today and the staff is soo soo sloppy and they don’t even know how things work at all,I was there for a account reactivation and they didn’t even know how things work and were not helpful at all!! I don’t even know how that bank is still alive with all those sloppy and uninformed unprofessional staff!!

  I’m pretty sure I was a victim of racial profiling at this branch. My paycheck is drawn from Webster and every week I go through the drive up teller at several other locations to cash my check with no issues so when I have my check to the teller at this branch I didn’t think that there would be a problem. When she looked at me she asked if I was an account holder and I clearly wasn’t as I provided two forms of identification. When I told her no, she told me that I needed to come inside to cash the check. I said that was odd because every other bank services me through the drive up, and she proceeded to tell me that because of fraud I needed to come inside. I asked for my check and left. I proceeded to go to one of the regular branches that have serviced me and asked the teller if this was a thing and he said no, unless the check was a large amount which my check is not that large. Not cool!

  Very convenient. Able to do just about everything except safe deposit box through the drive up window. Able to redeem Savings Bonds easily. In person safe service is also available now when needed.
