  I had an exceptional experience at TD Bank. The tellers were incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient. The branch manager was equally impressive attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in providing outstanding service. A gentleman at the branch went above and beyond to assist me and took the time to thoroughly explain the benefits of opening a new account. His expertise and professionalism made the entire process seamless and informative. Overall, the level of customer service and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this branch for anyone seeking a truly personable and professional banking experience.

  I opened a new account along with some family members on a Saturday without an appointment. The manager and staff were kind enough to fit us in and help us set up our accounts, and we really appreciated it! The facility was clean and welcoming, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional. Overall, a great experience!

  As a business customer with multiple accounts and frequent banking needs, whether in person or by phone, I wholeheartedly give this branch five stars. The tellers who have assisted me have always been courteous, professional, and efficient. The two bankers I usually deal with are knowledgeable and efficient. I've often witnessed the branch manager pop out of her transparent office with a smile, greeting customers and always ready to assist, while interacting with her staff to ensure transactions proceed smoothly. Honestly, I had banked elsewhere for many years, and I am very happy I switched to this TD branch. I had no idea the kind of service I was missing until I found it at TD's Shelton branch. I highly recommend them for any business or individual banking needs, or to anyone who wants hassle-free banking with properly trained, well-managed, and competent staff.

  I went into the Shelton branch and I did a HELOC with the branch manager, Zade. I had the best experience with her and her team that I decided to move all my accounts to TD Bank. Team is very professional and helpful and helped me through the whole process. I will recommend the Shelton team to my family and friends.

  Zade Nallbani is an absolute disgrace to the banking system. I had gone into a bank and I was treated HORRENDOUSLY. please file complaints to the corporate office against Zade Nallbani she is the bank manager, that has no idea how to conduct herself in a professional manner. Rude, condescending belittling staff and customers. She should not be in a position of a manager in any business let alone in a financial institution. I feel sorry the the staff that has to deal with her on a daily basis.
