Very professional and they also have bilingual staff. Maria Pastor was super professional and patient with us. Their business hours are convenient as they work through lunch, unlike other branches.
- AMALane MooreJun 13, 20192.0I was not pleased today going to cash my check. I didn't have an account with your bank but my employer banks with Wells Fargo. I went to the bank and had to be finger printed in order to cash my check. Then the teller announces out loud the name of the company I worked for so other customers would know where I worked at. I was told by the teller that there would not be a fee for cashing my check because my company takes care of that. Then in the next minute the teller tells me she has to charge me $7.00 for cashing my check because I don't have an account there so I felt like she just wanted to pocket $7.00 because she stated first I didn't have to be charged. Next the teller says the amount of money I was getting back OUT LOUD as if she was trying to tell everyone in the bank how much money I was getting. I felt the teller should have been more discreet about talking that LOUD about a customers money. What if I didn't want anyone to know where I worked or how much money I made. Tellers should be told how to respect a customer privacy the same way doctor offices have hippa violations the bank need to have something like that in place as well. I am sure the teller would not like her business broadcast in front of other customers the way she did me today. I am truly glad I really don't bank with Wells Fargo because that is no way to do business.
