- BGBarbara GandiaAug 4, 20241.0Tengan cuidado con este banco..ayer fui al cajero automático a retirar $40 dólares la cual no me dio mi retiro y me desconto de mi balance los $40 dólares trate de llamar a servicio al cliente para que me ayudara todos me pasaron para distintos departamentos y ningunos me pudo dar respuestas varios clientes de este banco me comentaron lo mismo esperan los weekends para hacerle esto a los clientes y no recibir nuestro reclamos con las excusas que tengo que esperar el lunes y solo te hacen un reporte la cual el representante Mf dijo que tengo que esperar 10 días para recibir respuestas de tu propio dinero este banco es un fraude ya han salido en las noticias con el mismo problema mañana lunes. Presentaré a protección al consumidor para que investiguen cuántos clientes han sido afectados..presentaré esto en las redes sociales para que tengan cuidado siento que es un fraude un robo sin armas..a los mismos clientes..quisiera saber si algún cliente de este banco ya ha tenido este problema?yo que hablaba muy bien de este banco escuche varios clientes quejarse y yo nunca lo creí hasta que me toco ami..

- VNVictoria NaderApr 24, 20231.0If I can give this branch -1 star I would. I live in Rocky hill but I drive to glastonbury Hebron Ave branch so I don’t have to deal with the people of this branch.. they are rude, not efficient and they missed the “serve the customer” lesson.
