- TKT KDec 2, 20253.0The branch of my bank is great! However, I am really disappointed that it's easier for a criminal to do a transaction on my checking account than it is for me. I opened a debit card out because I was told I would need it to do transactions on my account in the future. I told my branch I really don't like debit cards but I agreed anyway. I never used it but guess what? Someone in another area of the country was able to conduct transactions on my card. I immediately called my TD headquarters and closed this card. This is ridiculous. I was sent another card even though I didn't want it. So I didn't activate it and use my drivers license to transact business. I think they better find out a way to protect us better.
