I spoke with Tony and Irene on the phone, and later came in to complete the transaction. They had everything ready and I could have been in and out in under 15 minutes if they weren't all so friendly and easy to talk to! I even had to come back because I forgot something, and they were ready with what I needed at the window, and again, I was on the road in no time. Very impressed with their efficiency, friendliness, and the condition of the branch. I'm looking forward to working with them on this account, and I will be looking for opportunities to pull up stakes from the other 'meh' banks I've been plugging along with for years!
