I tried calling to get my balance they put me on hold because they couldn’t load or get to my information so I wasted my lunch break on hold. The app charges an 11$ monthly service fee. If your account is below zero they charge you 5$ a day. I’ve had nothing but problems and no solutions. Would not recommend this bank for anyone who is struggling or thinks they might need help figuring things out.
