First I took my 15 year old granddaughter to open her very first bank account. We had Made an appointment. We met the bank lady named Joann. She assisted and gave us souch information that I wasn't aware about so I made an appointment and went back to see her and obtained more info. So now I have a checking and 2 saving. She is so knowledgeable has 21 anwsers to my 21 question. Thank you Wells Fargo for all you guys do for me and now my granddaughter. 🙏

Truly amazing experience from start to finish - and prior to this I had been in a Wells Fargo branch who did not uphold the same standard as this branch. The branch is clean and inviting. I went to open a new account and was immediately approached by TARA who introduced herself. It's not often you meet a personal banker who is truly attentive, friendly and most importantly - knowledgeable. I found the conversation so smooth and so effortless that she was able to answer all my questions without me even having to outright ask. She explained the various products and procedures for different accounts and policies for Wells Fargo - as well as her own advice for my future banking needs. Needless to say I feel so comfortable choosing this particular Wells Fargo branch location as my home for all my future financial needs. I can recommend Tara to anyone as well - she was extraordinary and went above and beyond exceeding my expectations. It was a great experience. Not to mention after I went to deposit my initial funds into my new account - I was greeted by the branch manager who introduced herself and welcomed me. If you are looking for top level client service from a banking institution - look no further then this location.
