Never properly staffed nor can they keep staff for what seems like more than a few weeks, there’s never a manager available, Wells Fargo reps tell you one thing and the bank tells you another, issue after issue. Over ten years I’ve never brought or written a bad check yet every time I drop a check off it’s an issue. Go to a local bank that actually cares about their clients

Liz is very patient and showed unwavering interest in helping me resolve my issue. She tried multiple different ways to help me and brainstormed alternative solutions with me. I came into the bank 30 minutes before closing and I never felt rushed. She was also very patient with my curious two year old which I really appreciate. The service I received from Liz was above and beyond especially compared to my experience at another Wells Fargo branch only hours before.
