  Formal Complaint – Poor Customer Service Experience I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent interaction I had with one the call center representatives Yari. I contacted the call center to request a replacement debit card, as my current one had expired. At the time, I was driving and had my phone connected via Bluetooth. Yari informed me that she could not access my account information because I was on speakerphone. I had never heard of such a restriction before, but I cooperated and began disconnecting from Bluetooth. Before I could complete the adjustment, she told me I took “too long” and that she would no longer be able to assist me, instructing me to call back instead. I then asked to speak with a manager, Leandra, who was able to answer my question promptly and professionally without even needing to access my account information. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. There was no valid reason I should have been denied assistance simply for being on Bluetooth, especially since I was willing to comply with her request. The lack of professionalism, patience, and courtesy displayed by Yari does not reflect the standard of service I expect from Liberty Bank. I hope this matter is reviewed and addressed appropriately to ensure better customer service in the future.

  Went into Liberty after visiting several local and online banks. I was specifically looking for affordable business banking and I was beginning to feel hopeless that there was not a bank without hidden charges. Well, Liberty truly is one-of-kind. From their customer focused banking options to their STELLAR customer service. I highly recommend Liberty Bank.
