Also, since English isn't their first language trying to explain something is next to impossible, and frankly they don't want to hear it anyways. I tried to give them a chance to also address a fraudulent charge on my account and they made it seem like it was my fault someone stole from me. I'm glad they made tons of money charging me insane fees. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
