- EBEvelyn BennettNov 5, 20253.0This location needs training in integrity and transparency. Only giving a 3 star because only 1 employee was actually helpful and his name was Carlos. I greatly appreciated his customer service and following up with me when he said he would. The possible manager (Pablo) on the other hand could use a class in transparency. He advised that he may be able to assist me with a concern and instead of just stating there was nothing he could do, he continued to string me along. I was calling for updates for a few days, receiving no call back regarding my concern. At the end of the day, instead of Pablo telling me he was unable to do anything for me he had me waiting and anticipating a solution that never came. When I went to the bank AFTER calling yet again and leaving a message, I found he was just standing at the front desk chatting it up with some associates instead of returning my call. This was approximately an hour and a half later. He let me leave again saying he'll see what he can do and will call me back later in the day. Surprise, there was no call back. Simple honesty and transparency was all that was needed in this situation. If he would have told me up front or even a day later I could have made other plans. I won't be with this bank long as I don't feel I am unable to trust their staff to assist me with integrity and transparency. If I am banking with someone that is pretty crucial.

She was very helpful and kind. There was also another woman who helped me at the front desk. I did not get her name unfortunately but I wish them both amazing days 😊
