Was turned away at the branch because they said it would take an hour, but they told me I could do it online. If online tells me I can "do it in minutes" then it shouldn't take someone at the branch "at least an hour".

They closed my account day before direct deposit was coming and all they said was oops that was our fault but did nothing about it. I truly believe the people that work there are not experienced for there job and do not have a clue. Not only did they lose a banking and credit card customer but I was getting a mortgage from them also, thank god I did not... STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK
