- QMQ MOct 24, 20255.0I haven’t been to this branch since last year, because I was traveling , when I came back I found out that the branch changed all new faces, I don’t feel comfortable so I just did a simple transaction and left. Last Saturday, I came to this branch again, I feel so impressed still new faces but I feel more comfortable, I deposited a check, they are very nice, teller he is so nice and Manager is very nice too, I will always come to this branch.

- DRDanya RayAug 21, 20231.0I’ve been coming to this Wells Fargo for years and have a safe deposit box there. I went to deposit a large check today. I was trying to get into my safe deposit box but the manager wouldn’t let me even through I was already verified and they had no problem cashing my check. I had a copy of my license and my bank cards etc. He said that he can’t let me in and that he will have to write up the teller for cashing my check. He then continued asking me if I received a white piece of paper since I am waiting to get a new license. He was extremely rude and not someone you would want to do business with. I believe his name is Stephen.
