    I just spoke to Monica at the branch for 20 minutes regarding opening a new business account. She asked me for my email address. I told her I can just schedule it online, she said she is available thursday at 3pm. I scheduled it for 3pm. She said "it looks like it was routed to Ariel so he will be meeting with you". I told her I would like to meet with you since we have spoken. She said I can meet with you and we can change the appointment when you come in. I told her I would perfer that it gets corrected now but refused. I cancelled the appointment and asked her to schedule it instead on her calendar. She asked me for my home address, I told her the system did not ask me for my home address when I scheduled the appointment online it only asked me for my email and I would prefer to just give you my email. She refused and insisted that I give her my home address, which is very concerning. I have never had a bank request my home address prior to coming in to open a new bank account. Note, that I received a postcard from Wells Fargo to open a business bank account but it has been a real struggle so far. There is no informaiton on what you need to bring with you to open the business account, the agents I have spoken to at different branches have been clueless and I had to teach things to them. She said she would have to email my documents for review. I also have to come in for an hour to open a bank account. It is a simple process and yet they seem to make it very difficult. I already have a bank account at one of the largest US banks and the whole process took 30 minutes. So far I have wasted 4 hours trying to get info and trying to get an appointment. I don't want to be assigned to someone without first talking to them. I have to speak to the person and choose who I want to work with based on our conversation. So far she has been the most articulate but the fact that she did not want to update the appointment or just use my email address to schedule a new one is very concerning.

    Está agencia es la peor la atención es pésima el señor Ariel González banquero de esta agencia qué es el único que habla español no es nada servicial con los clientes este lugar no es recomendable si eres hispano porque hay discriminación
