They were rude, acted as if it was an inconvenience to help us, and then incorrectly handled our wire due to incompetence. Our money was sent wrong and was never received by our vendor. This has detrimentally set back our business, lost us an insane amount of money, and despite their admitting that it was their fault we have now been told they will not credit us money THEY mishandled until it is resolved.

I sat down with Guang Luo, he was very friendly and personable. He spoke to me like I was important and not just a number walking through the door. He explained everything in great detail about the account I was opening. Explained all my options and made sure everything was working appropriately before I left. I honestly was dreading opening up a new account because in my experience they take forever, but this time it was fairly quick and I appreciate that. I highly recommend this branch and I will definitely be going back for my future banking needs.
