- JFJohn FerraroJul 23, 20251.0Never going to use this branch for anything other than the ATM outside.. they are unwilling to assist or help, they first put me on hold for over 10 mins for a simple schedule question.. then I hung up and went into the branch and the employees just felt overwhelmed and unwilling to assist me with my notary.. a form that wouldnhave taken them 3 mins.. they were acting like i was asking too much from them.. never going back to them again
- MSmatt schloemannMar 26, 20251.03/26/25- Went in to do a wire for my home closing and was told they couldn’t do it because they need 3 approvers. There was 3 employees there but they refused to help. Teller was dismissive and said well you can go to Wallingford it’s only 7 minutes away(it was 15 min away), we asked if she could call to confirm they had enough employees to do the wire but she would not. Will be closing accounts and moving over to a different bank.
