- JFJohn FerraroJul 23, 20251.0Never going to use this branch for anything other than the ATM outside.. they are unwilling to assist or help, they first put me on hold for over 10 mins for a simple schedule question.. then I hung up and went into the branch and the employees just felt overwhelmed and unwilling to assist me with my notary.. a form that wouldnhave taken them 3 mins.. they were acting like i was asking too much from them.. never going back to them again
- SPShannon PoliceApr 20, 20225.0nice location, right off washington ave shopping strip. easy to get in and out of lot from side street. there's an atm outside, none inside. the only negative i have ever had. they have a drive-thru. i've maybe used once or twice that i can think of. for the most part i'm just there for atm. inside the staff is friendly and professional. there's plenty parking, the lot feels safe.
