She said I would have access to online bill payment and checks and now she is lying to her associates about what she told me. It might take 2 weeks to gain access to my account.
- BBBritney “bmarie”Apr 12, 20251.0If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely awful service. This location likes to make up their own policies that don’t align with the actual company policies. I went in because I need 3 years of statements from a closed account (which I closed less than 5 months ago) I was told by customer service that if I need that asap, I could go to any location and get this. When I went to this location. I was first told that I don’t have a closed account then told I have many closed accounts. During this process I was told I could this myself online until I said that online doesn’t show my closed accounts anymore. When they finally did find the account I was told that they were not allowed to print my statements per the managers policy. When I said I don’t understand why they couldn’t help me but in the past guilford has helped me with this situation. I was denied service and told to go to Guilford (which unfortunately they were closed that day). I then asked why customer service told me that I could come here and I was told that I was misinformed….I called Guilford and they were shocked at the service I received and even apologized to me. Since they were closed they recommended I go to Madison. I was in and out of the door in Madison in less than 10 minutes and was able to get my situation handled. All North Branford had to do was press print but they couldn’t even be bothered. Let me state this again 2 other locations agreed that what this branch did was wrong!!! I will be writing a review for Guilford and Madison as they deserve 5 stars.

He provided excellent service (which is hard to find nowadays). I would give 5 stars but I dislike Key Bank. If you have to bank with Key, conduct your business at this North Branford location w/ Justin!
