- SPStay True Body PiercingFeb 27, 20241.0Terrible Experience with Rude Bank Manager. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Karen the Karen at this branch and it was absolutely dreadful. Not only was the manager extremely rude and dismissive, she has disrespected my account and I twice now. They also displayed a shocking lack of competence. It's appalling that someone in such a position lacks basic customer service skills and fails to fulfill their responsibilities effectively. Avoid this branch at all costs unless you enjoy being treated with disrespect and incompetence. One star is too generous for this dismal excuse of a bank manager. The bank tellers are great. But the manager will get this branch closed in no time. When approached and asked to speak to a higher up Is this right When approached and asked if I can speak to a higher up, the manager Karen told me that she was ‘not allowed to give out phone numbers’. And on top of that asked if she could take my name in number down instead. Speaking to another Webster, this is simply not true. Thanks Karen.
