- SMSamantha MolnarDec 28, 20242.0This branch is very incompetent and need to train their employees better. We opened a CHET acct for our son and the employee who created it for us couldn’t give us the directions to deposit money through Fidelity. Why is he responsible for CHET accts then??? He said to call him everytime I need a deposit completed and he’d do it. That’s a ridiculous process. Then most recently I went to change my last name to my new married last name on my accounts. I showed them my paper license and marriage license. They said my husband needed to be present bc one of my accounts is shared with him. So two people worked with me to make an appt the following day. I go in and now they tell me the paper copy license is invalid and I need to come back once I get my new license in the mail from DMV. They couldn’t tell me when making the appt??? They saw the paper copy and didn’t say this wouldn’t be enough. They clearly need to train their employees better. I will not be using this branch anymore.
