- DBDiane M BronicoNov 17, 20255.0I've been with this Bank when it was the Provident Savings and Loan. It's had many other names throughout the years. I've never had a problem so I've never switched banks. The staff has always been helpful and pleasant. They also have a good fraud detection unit.

Tellers have no idea what's going on half the time, account access wasn't available for weeks, and it's clear that the customers aren't a priority. Go elsewhere. Avoid webster in general. After 20 plus years I need to find a new bank.
