- SHSean HDec 30, 20251.0ATM is supposed to be 24/7 yet they lock it after 5pm!!!! it has its own separate locked off hallway so it has nothing to do with security. I have never seen a bank close their ATM after a set time. 0/5. I have tried to call the branch but no one picked up. I will be calling corporate to complain. Update: Corporate confirmed that ALL Wells Fargo ATMs are supposed to be 24/7, and as far as they are aware there is no reason for them to be closing it at 5pm.

My husband had an unsatisfactory experience at this branch being targeted by his appearance. It was particularly disheartening that even though the staff appeared to share his same ethnic background, they still chose to treat him with suspicion and bias. He works too hard to be treated in such a degrading and suspicious manner. No customer should be profiled or made to feel like a criminal simply because of how they look. We will be taking our business elsewhere and ensuring that corporate is made aware of the bias present at this location.

Her financial literacy regarding IRAs, brokerage accounts, and CDs is top-tier. She went above and beyond by identifying my needs and helping me set up a small business account and credit card. Her command of the products and her customer service skills led me to believe she was the manager. She is a standout employee who deserves recognition; if she wasn't with Wells Fargo, I would have hired her myself.
