However, each time I use my card at their provided ATM machine, my card gets frozen and the last time it took my card which was on a Sunday. Therefore, I had to wait unitl Monday for a reissue of another card. Totally, inconvenience and no explanation. The reps on the phone is trained to be apologetic, but what good does it do for me when I cannnot access MY money. I need better service, access to my money and explanations as to the reasoning.
