- TKTracey King1 day ago1.0Absoutetly, will not recommend. I’ve been with this bank for years. However, each time I use my card at their provided ATM machine, my card gets frozen and the last time it took my card which was on a Sunday. Therefore, I had to wait unitl Monday for a reissue of another card. Totally, inconvenience and no explanation. The reps on the phone is trained to be apologetic, but what good does it do for me when I cannnot access MY money. I need better service, access to my money and explanations as to the reasoning.

First, they asked for documents and then told me I needed my Social Security card, so I left to get it and came back. After waiting again, I was told they still couldn’t open the account because my passport had to be sent for verification. The process was confusing, disorganized, and the customer service was extremely poor. A complete waste of time. 👎👎
