- JSJoel SilvermanNov 4, 20255.0I'd had a problem with Bill Pay, and Yessica Perez, the AFCU Branch Manager, not only helped me solve it but surprised me by then suggesting ways in which we could get more out of our AFCU accounts. Yessica was kind, patient, and very helpful. We had previously been at KeyBank, where the managers tried to help but couldn't get clear answers to our questions from the main office. It was refreshing to talk one on one to Yessica, who knows her stuff and who clearly cares about people!

- ECEdwin CorderoApr 6, 20221.0You will be over a hour holding to get some one ,on the phone,Then you get a representive from Affinity with a attuide.That won't really resolve the issue.You ask for a manager or superivisor.They will tell you they DONT have a number ,only way you can reach them they say is threw a email. But they really will take your money ,really quick and add penalties really quick .And i have been calling to resolve the issue .Month pass by still waiting to resolve.I want to refiance to another real bank.

My insurance rep sent over all supporting documents to show I have full coverage and affinity never put it into their system, so they also gave me full coverage and have yet to issue a refund. Meanwhile I am expected to pay a $412 payment which in the last 14 days has increased to $696. This company is seeming more like a scam each time I receive a mailed statement
