- KTKay TNov 26, 20251.0A little advice: Whenever you walk into this branch or call this branch over the phone, make sure you record the conversation. Whether known or privately. They do a lot of unethical practices here and it is only a matter of time a lawsuits hits them. Keep all your paper work and proof, to make sure you get your cut. Norwalk branch is very pleasant though.
- JSJoel SilvermanNov 4, 20255.0I'd had a problem with Bill Pay, and Yessica Perez, the AFCU Branch Manager, not only helped me solve it but surprised me by then suggesting ways in which we could get more out of our AFCU accounts. Yessica was kind, patient, and very helpful. We had previously been at KeyBank, where the managers tried to help but couldn't get clear answers to our questions from the main office. It was refreshing to talk one on one to Yessica, who knows her stuff and who clearly cares about people!
