- SMSuzy MillerMar 21, 20243.0Although I have had courteous and efficient service , this bank is impossible to get a hold of by phone.. after a 27bminute hold, when even on speaker the ' muzak'was nearly imperceptiblevto hear(usually tha would be a GOOD thing!!), I decided my time was more valuable .. bad business!!
