But the last couple of times I have gone — there is one brunette sitting behind the name tag Kelly and she just has the most unwelcoming demeanor. Lack of energy and a judgmental stare. I have no problem talking to the other ladies and going about my day with a smile but I should not have to walk into a bank I grew up loving to that sort of energy.
