I came twice to open a joint account with my husband, we both work and have busy schedules it is rare we are off at the same time. came in on a Monday at 3 no one was in the store was told the MANAGER was “stepping out” and the only banker had a two hour training and no one can help us and to make an appointment online. As the manager of the bank you would think he’d want to help versus just sitting at his desk which we clearly saw.
