Or Emergencies - They have a fingerprint arrangement - yet still ask the girl in front of me for a second I’d - This is the one on norton and Whalley New haven / my mom been a customer since 3 name changes bank - she had same acct number for over 23 yrs - She sent me to but my rent in her acct - after sitting in slow line for 15 mins I get told it had to be a money order 😳😳😳😡 Now my mom who needs the money can’t get it / and she needed for a bill it’s a Friday and of course I got the famous Corp training speech that’s are policy - My mom had no idea obvious -why should I have to spend money to put money in a bank ??? What sense does that make and more so when it goes in as cash it is avail immediate It’s friday What if she needed this money to catch a early flight back from. Cali - I will never Put a dime in this bank - with the rule teller at that and the manager isn’t a great example - Date of visit Friday 4:02 pm July 27th what a inconvience every dime in a bank is insured and every position — Do not Join this bank I think Everyone should start using credit unions - any way now my mom has no vacation money -if they don’t care about their long time accts holders they def won’t. Care about you - of course they will be nice to get you to get acct - Warning don’t do it / crazy
