- SSSJan 13, 20241.0The customer service experience at this establishment is quite unsatisfactory. Aside from the cashier and young bankers, the rest of the staff appears unhelpful and gives off an unwelcoming vibe as soon as you enter the building. On multiple occasions, I've witnessed customers having disagreements with a particular department/person (I won't disclose it publicly, but regular visitors would likely know). Additionally, if you don't have an appointment, they are quick to ask you to come back, even if they have available time with no appointments scheduled. Not realizing how far someone might have drove!
