- RPRichard PooleAug 19, 20221.0Just a bad bank. They held my paycheck for a week with no explanation. Went in to discuss it and there were about 10 customers jammed into this tiny branch. There is just too much nonsense to deal with this bank.
- EDElle dunnAug 21, 20181.0Awful customer service especially from Carolyn. She always is difficult though I have been coming to this branch for 20 plus years. Needed to cash my sons summer paycheck. We were bothe there she knows both of us well. Whispered with teller than went to branch manager and refused to cash the city paycheck. My son is under 18 and she said you can open an account for him. No thank you we have more than enough to cover the check in my husband and my account. Go to Liberty or Citizens for much better customer service. Should not treat a customer who you know so disrespectfully.
