  Unacceptable to use AI to guess at transactions descriptions. I have deposits for “payroll” from a business I don’t work for. I brought it to the banks attention and I’m told I can manually fix their error one by one and the bank won’t fix it for me.

  I used the call center to transfer money, and for some reason, the woman needed to go over every transaction I made , and then she decides to shut off my card from a transaction that happened eleven days ago without my permission. If the bank was so concerned about that purchase, they would have said something on that day or they would have called me. Then when I asked the woman not to shut off my card, she said it was already done, i asked to speak with the supervisor and she hung up on me. All my bills are linked to that debit card, which just made my life a whole lot freaking harder. What's annoying is the charge that she's concerned about was literally a charge that I made. And instead of looking into the validity of the website, she just assumed it's fraudulent, and shut my card off. I am about to take my business elsewhere.I've been working with liberty bank my whole life, and never, in my lifetime have, I had to jump through so many hoops, or tell her what i'm planning on spending my money on ,like that's any of her concern. So now I have to go out of my way to the bank. To get a new debit card and try and link it to all my accounts before any of my payments get bounced back. In my opinion, if my payments get bounced back, they should be the ones paying for that charge. I could go on all day about how on professional this woman was. I was on the phone for 45 minutes and she's still wasn't able to do the one thing I asked her. And yes, I did get extremely rude at the end because I don't know how something so simple turned into such a hassle. I have never been more frustrated in my life.
