I drove from the Meriden location to this location because the tellers said were busy and to try another location. I came to this location thinking I was able to finish the rest of my application online (I just needed a proof of address) and Amy or whatever her name said that they don’t have access to applications online…. How the hell do a corporate bank don’t have access they to their applicant’s information that applies online?? So i had to do the entire application process all over again. She also didn’t have a credit card machine/reader for me to make my first deposit to create the account. So she told me to go outside to the atm and withdrawal… I was charged $3.50 fre and that money isn’t going into my new account. Not sure if this is the way they run this branch but she provided a really bad experience. I will not come to this location.
