- GGGGFeb 14, 20231.0I spoke with Debbie regarding tax prep and was asked to upload my previous tax returns for review. I had to follow up 5 days later to ensure they were received. Called again a few days after that to inquire when the files would be reviewed and was told they would be reviewed the following day and Debbie would get back in touch with me. I called the office 2 weeks later to only leave a message with Bill to have Debbie call me regarding the review of my files and tax prep. Still have not received a call back. Very unprofessional and not responsive especially when you are trying to make sure your taxes are submitted by a certain deadline.
