Sometimes errors happen, what really frustrated me was the amount of time and energy it took me to correct the bank’s error. Spent over an hour trying to get through to the branch over the phone. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes the menu options would change and result in the call dropping when I clicked the different menu options. When I came was forced to come in to fix the error it took another hour of me sitting and waiting while the branch worker was being placed on hold and seemingly answering emails as I sat. The bank transfer error coupled with the lack of respect for other peoples time is what frustrated me.
