  Liberty Bank is my go to bank in Meriden you Have that personal feeling we’re the bank tellers help you with your finances and your credit and never rushed. You don’t have to deal with the big money banks that always trying to sell you on something and over charge you with fees and dealing with management that don’t even know your name. At liberty I walk in and it feels like I am at my local pub where everyone knows your name and ready to service your money. Great service great customer service great people.

  I went in here to ask the teller a question quickly as she seemed unoccupied and a gentleman was seated. I didn’t even get to say a word and she said pretty rudely for me to sit down someone else is being helped. there is a nice way to say everything! I had no problem waiting, like I said I didn’t even say anything and her tone of voice wasn’t the kindest. the woman with glasses and hoop earrings. i’ve never been inside this location maybe they’ll have nicer people next time.

  In late August of this year my privacy was violated, where the branch manager Lisa M. Logodicio and a teller by the name of Matilda decide to disclose information about my account out loud in the lobby where there was other customers present and I know that I’m the only holder to the account which they also failed to apologize or even acknowledge that they were in the wrong. I did try to speak to Lisa’s supervisor Market Manager Christina Maillet which also fail to apologize and understand my point of view and concern of not just my privacy as well as others privacy but it seems like they don’t take it seriously unless it happens to them.

  Has good customer service. You get your debit card right then and there when opening a account. Their atm is awesome. Giving you the choice of a bigger withdrawal at one time. That saves atm fees to be able to make one withdrawal versus multiple.
