- CCClintnorth1Nov 19, 20241.0Terrible location. No staff, everybody must be late because there’s nobody to help customers at 9:20 in the morning. Additionally we have set up multiple new account accounts with this location. In each time they were supposed to order us the items to go with that account (new checks, debit cards etc) and they never did and we always had to re-order them ourselves. Poor service, poor location.
- CCCHRIS CARUCCIDec 1, 20211.0Went to the bank to deposit $300 for my brother and told me they can’t let me deposit in his account with cash to prevent money laundering. This is some of the dumbest things I have ever heard. Would never bank with Wells Fargo. Not sure why my brother does either.

They are friendly and extremely attentive from the moment you step foot in there branch. Kristina Lopez and her team are truly a pleasure to deal with and should be recognized for all that they do.
