  Haven't been here for a very long time. It is OK. I got help from a very nice lady, but she couldn't solve the problem as it is above here. Needed to call and it took me almost an hour to get the issue solved.

  Poor management. The manager and supervisor at this location are unwelcoming and highly unfriendly and quirky, to say the least.

  This is a terrible location for a bank. Some guy hangs out outside ready to hassle you able parking. I wouldn't recommend this one. I just want to run in take out money or deposit it and leave. That's it. The parking is somewhere down stair or around the corner or somewhere inconvenient. Plus the lady mentioned something about validating parking or something........

  This location deserves zero stars . I booked an appointment online , there was a section to leave a comment stating the reason for the appointment so I did just that . Upon completion It never stated to whom the appointment was with or an option to extend time . I get there a banker is telling me she doesn’t have enough time for my appointment because she has someone else . She also told me what I came for was one hour long and my appointment was only scheduled for 30 minutes . Now how on earth would I know how long it takes to open an account. I don’t work HERE ! With that being said Whoever was scheduled or accepted my appointment should’ve reviewed the note and added the extended time that was needed instead of giving me a hard time . From my perspective after hearing this directly from this banker she really didn’t want to service me or wanted to work with me at all . Right away she’s was so quick to dismiss me and this was her Intention . My time is as valuable just has anyone who is at this bank. Also I pacifically asked what were all the documents I needed to bring . I brung in everything they told me to bring but still it was not good enough . She than began whispering to her co-worker so I already knew They’re weren’t going to open the account for me because they both had personal feelings towards me . How can you be experience to this position but still need to consult with your co worker on documentation you get everyday to open accounts. I hate when black women abuse their power . All the documentation was valid and it was more than enough proof and it was two different forms of identification both from two separate sources nothing was invalid . If you don’t like your job get a new one .
