While Laurie did first assist willfully it was great how Peaches took lead and accomplished printing my needed documents and what she wasn't able to do she didn't hesitate to ask and still help me while wearing a great smile the whole time doing it. I appreciate both ladies help today at the Hartford downtown location earlier today, April 24th, 2024.

They have bums that sleep inside the hallways every evening there's somebody in their stinking up the hallway by the ATM. You go there to go inside the location they're always closed they don't even tell you why they're closing it's just a horrible Bank it takes you more than 10 days when you have to dispute a transaction they're ATM is always messed up out of service or was shut down on you in the middle of your transaction and then it takes you 10 days to get your money back it's a horrible Bank
