- TATrinity ArdenJun 13, 20251.0i came june 13th at 4pm (two hours before close), but the man, jay, who helped me made it very apparent that it was the end of his shift, and that he did not want to help me. first of all, i was getting passive aggressive sighs and eye rolls the whole time he was helping me, and he flat out said right in front of me to one of the other tellers that he was ready to go home. once the transaction was finished, i said thank you, like a polite person does, but he said nothing and slammed the card display in front of me to close his window. i was in shock, i was not rude or anything, so i’m not sure why he was acting so rude towards me. how would i know it’s the end of his shift? the attitude was very uncalled for.
