- JBJanelle BensonNov 5, 20251.0I set up a buissness account online and had to come into this branch because I couldn't set up my account online. The Lady VP offered to help me and was very condescending over her banks requirements , even though I was legally correct and asked a chatgpt and my town. She repeated saying the account was set up wrong and shuffling papers obviously annoyed. You do not have to operate under anything but your name in sole proprietorship in certain buissness and settings. This bank is not friendly to sole proprietors and small buissness. Even if someone made a mistake you don't make them feel bad 💯 😌. I handled it like a lady.
