- ECErika CabreraJun 10, 20251.0My parents just had an incredibly awful experience at this bank (Tuesday, June 10th) with who we believe is the lead bank teller. She was condescending, belittled my parents, and refused to provide services to them because of whatever reason she made up. When I called them and got connected to her, she would not answer my questions and would not provide her name. Perhaps she should get some sensitivity training and refrain from her typical discriminatory practices (given the trend from recent reviews). I will advise my parents to close their account and never deal with this branch again.
