  I want to extend my highest praise for Susana Tovar (Suzy) at the Citibank branch in Fairfield, Connecticut. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been exceptional. Suzy provides the kind of customer service found at the highest echelons of personal banking — she is warm, genuinely kind, incredibly attentive, and remarkably knowledgeable. Suzy consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every question is answered and every concern is addressed with patience and care. It is clear that she takes real pride in her work and in helping customers feel valued and supported. Her professionalism is matched only by her positive attitude, and she creates an atmosphere that makes banking not only easy, but even enjoyable. She is an outstanding representative of Citibank, and I hope she is recognized for the exceptional service she provides.   Terrible customer service. The girl who sits at the right when you enter, her name Miki or something, all she does is give you a hard time when I was trying to open a checking account. She said I need to show her a physical SS card or hard copy of W2. She was lazy to work with me because it was 30 min before the bank closed. I went to Bridgeport branch #575 and the lady was able to open it for me staying 30 minutes late and neither the SS card nor W2 were required , all was verified on the computer. I don't understand where is the Management oversight in this Branch?
