Amazing staff they have. They deserve more then 2 stars for their excellent customer service.
Really wish the hours were longer on one day past 4 and or maybe some short hours on Saturday.

Mon to Wed they close at 4pm. Thurs and Fri they close at 5pm. Sat closed. No late night closing and no Sat hours. VERY INCONVENIENT FOR CUSTOMERS! No other bank has such restrictive hours of operation. Is it due to summer hours or covid? Who knows who cares? It's not good business practices for customers.

The bankers aren't very nice to work with, and make any kind of request or application a very impersonal experience. Seems they are only worried about their sales goals then actually helping the customers that come in.
