  Went to close my account and the banker could not properly explain to me the detail on why the account couldn't be closed. They said if there is any recurring payment the account would open. I ask for a time line and they keep increasing the time from 24h to 40h to a week. I ask why wouldn't the payment and transaction be declined they said merchant has more power over the bank to keep my account. I am glad I got a message text message saying that it's because my pay and funds removal is still pending that why account was not closed but will after it is processed. I am glad I am done with this bank and it's history of robbing people. Also the interest rate of your saving is 0.01%. Why are you using this bank?

  Came in on a Thursday to open an account, but I was told I needed two pieces of mail on top of my ID for proof of Idenification - so I set up another appointment for the following Tuesday. (Whatever no big deal) I bring in my electric bill and my old bank statemnts mail with my address on it, and SCG gas bill. Mind you, both times coming in were strange. First time the police were coming in and out for an older gentleman (not sure why) and second time I believe another older gentleman was experiencing fraud and so my own appointment was pushed 30 mins late. Whoever runs the office noticed I was still waiting and fed up scolds the bankers right in front of me. It’s a very chaotic bank to say the least. The two times I went there, there was a lot of action, never seen anything like it. Sooo now they’re telling me “the man in the back) is unsatisfied with the mail I brought in (electric, gas, liberty bank mail, debit card, drivers license)and they’d like for me to leave and return with my lease agreement. Soo now Id need a third appointment- I declined that offer. Sadly I believe it was for the best. Most banks I’ve been to in the past have been pleasant and professional and I wasn’t getting that from this place. I should have been told prior to my appointment that this may have been needed and would have been happy to bring those documents. Time is valuable to me and I didn’t feel as though my time was being respected.
