I came in to close my account, and it was so much hoops to jump through just to close. $15 closing fee, etc etc. I don’t know who she was, she had a ponytail and a blue jacket on, but she was unpleasant. She also confirmed that I was “all set” for my account to be closed. I signed a form and everything. Next day, I open the app to find the account still open. Luckily, the nice lady over the phone that I called was actually able to close it and said I would I get a letter stating it was closed. She was very helpful and gave far more information than the woman inside this branch.
