I have the pleasure of doing business in New England, and Connecticut is the only state in New England that has Wells Fargo bank locations. I chose this location because I did a lot of business in this part of Connecticut. On Saturday, October 18, 2025, there was an epic list of customers who wanted to do business with Wells Fargo. Ms. Jessica Morales did her job with finesse. I look forward to do business with Wells Fargo specifically because of phenomenal employees such as Ms. Jessica Morales. She deserves an "A+" or a "100%" for her professionalism. Thank you so much, Ms. Jessica Morales!

- JTJonathan TuilAug 25, 20252.0What bothers me is it’s an only Drive through ATM which is so strange to me. so when i need to walk in to resolve something i have to also now stand in a line or jump back in my car to use the atm. Also 2 people working 7+ windows and a ridiculous line in the middle of the day. Either hire more people or figure out a better system. you just have employees standing around doing nothing and 2 people trying to help a massive line.

Manager goes days without replying to voicemails because she's "out of office" but when I FINALLY reached someone at the brand they said she was there. I've called 15-20 times on various times and days and have only been able to speak to someone ONCE (the time mentioned above) This branch made me want to close my accounts with Wells Fargo entirely. I will try another branch location or switch banks.

I hope the bank executives read this review and at least save what's left of the reputation of this branch, at the East hartford branch and, in particular, Miss caroline sweeney.
