The representative Shy picked up, and I was explaining my issues before she abruptly hung up the phone call. I called back over ten times throughout the day and no answer. Finally I called using my sister’s phone and Shy answers tells me it’s “mad busy” which why she has been ignoring my calls. Then hangs up again.

I finally found another branch that is much, much better than this one and where they are more friendly as well,It is too bad years ago you knew everyone at this branch every time you go there now it is somebody new including the Managers also.
