- YAYoly ASep 9, 20251.0Terrible terrible terrible. I informed them I was unable to come inside due to being in a cast on my left foot and because i wanted to withdraw the 2600 in my account the older woman teller stated she had to look at my recent deposit and send me a code. After providing the code and verification I was still waiting for 40 minutes in the drive thru. The branch managers response was to tell me if I was able to walk to my car and drive I am able to walk in. Embarrassing, degrading, aggressively and utterly humiliating the way the branch manager was screaming at me. The older woman teller was trying so hard not to laugh that she turned so red. No one of any other background besides palm color people should visit this branch. I’ve been apart of key bank for 10 years and this here makes me not want to use them ever again.
