We worked with one gentleman that was new (didn’t get his name) to close an account. He was friendly and professional. He answered all of our questions. Several questions he was unsure of, but he clarified with other other employees to get us answers. We also worked with Yana to open a new account. She was professional, polite and also efficient. We had a great experience at this branch and highly recommend anyone go here for your banking needs.

She cannot stand for long so even for simpler transactions they bring her in to sit at a desk and respectfully give 'old fashioned' customer service. We have experienced the same at the South Windsor office and will review there as well.
