  Not thrilled with their customer service or knowledge of policy and procedure. Only was able to get there after work and needed to cash in my savings bond, I was met with blatant aggravation from the employees. The (maybe) manager said they would only be able to help me with 5 of them as they were closing in 30 minutes. After signing all of my bonds, the teller, mind you, AFTER she had already starting to input my information stopped abruptly and called over another employee because they noticed my maiden name was on the bonds. They then told me they needed my marriage certificate to verify that was in fact me (even though my marriage certificate had previously been uploaded into their system). When I questioned them they said because "they were not the ones who directly saw it firsthand and couldn't verify that it was actually real" which is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I was also told that Saturday's are too busy and they wouldn't be able to accommodate me, then it was changed to they would only be able to help with 7 (even though WF policy is up to 15). I would have been happy to come back at a different time if they had taken the time to explain to me what would have helped expedite the process with ease for all involved, instead I was made to feel very uncomfortable coming to them for something that is quite literally what they get paid to do. Needless to say, I do not recommend visiting this particular location and I would highly suggest a retraining of your employees. I want to say that I ended up going to the branch over on Padanaram Rd and had an absolutely amazing experience compared to this particular branch. At the Padanaram branch I was able to cash in 30 bonds in 30 minutes with ease and did NOT have to produce my marriage certificate. The manager there was incredibly kind and explained exactly what I could do to help prepare for the cash in to ensure an easy experience for a tedious task.

  Went there yesterday to cash a cashiers check. After a long drawn out wait I was told I need to deposit it into my account and I need to have that amount into my account to cash a cashiers check from another bank. I’ve never had a bad experience with Wells Fargo and I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. Not sure what that lady’s name was that was the teller but she needs to be trained on how things operate and I will be filing a report with the fdic

  Had to pop in to grab a cashier’s check and Christian was great. He was professional, polite, and efficient. I was in and out in minutes. Great service!

  Horrible bank and people. Not helpful and looking for reasons to not do their job. Procedures are outdated. Avoid this bank at all costs!
